Moral Eucation (Punch Them)

3) Who should be responsible for the moral education of a child?

I believe that, the parents are responsible for how a child acts. If a child doesn’t listen or is not behaving good, it is the right of the parent to tell the child to stop doing what he is doing. But the age of five a child knows from right to wrong and if he is doing something bad it is not the parents flat because if the little kid steals something that’s not the parents fault he just did it because he must of seen it somewhere else. When the child is able to go to school he will not listen to the teacher and the parent will be embarrassed, because they will have to go to the school and talk to the teacher. I know because it has happen to me a lot of times.
In addition, I think the school has a responsible also for how a child acts because of the other students that the school has. If another student has a behavior problem and a nice kid joins him, they both will have behavior problems. The responsible people for a child’s moral education is the school the parent and also the child.

“The Story of An Hour” {Question's}

1. The story says Mrs. Mallard “had loved him [her husband]–sometimes. Often she did not.” If she was “often” not in love with him, why did she marry him?
Maybe because there was a time in her life that she did love him, but now she just doesn’t feel it no more.

2. What was life like for Mrs. Mallard in the home of Brently Mallard?
It most not been so good because when he died she felt happy and free

3. In the report of the train accident, Brently Mallard's name was at the top of the list of fatalities (Paragraph 2). Does this information mean that Mallard was an important citizen in his community? Does it also suggest that perhaps Louise married him, in part, because of his standing in the community?
I believe that he was because his name was the first one on the list.

4. Do you believe Brently Mallard mistreated his wife? In answering this question, keep in mind the following: (1) In Paragraph 13, Louise Mallard recalls that Brently was kind and that "he had never looked save with love upon her." (2) However, Paragraph 8 had previously informed the reader that Mrs. Mallard's face "bespoke repression," and Paragraph 14 says Brently had a "powerful will bending her."
I believe that he did because she felt that she was free from all the pain that he has put though.

5. How much of Mrs. Mallard's apparent unhappiness in her marriage was her own fault?
Haft of it was her flat because she married him so it is haft her flat.

6. After Mrs. Mallard receives news that her husband died in a train accident, she goes to “her room.” Do these two words mean that she slept separately from her husband? Does the fact that no children are named in the story indeed indicate that she and her husband slept apart?
To me it means that she need time to think about life.

7. Research the life of Kate Chopin (1851-1904). Then decide whether the death of her husband in 1882 influenced her when she wrote “The Story of an Hour,” published in 1894 in Vogue magazine.
Yes it did, because she felt it in her when she heard that he died.

8. Did author Chopin herself face problems similar to those of Mrs. Mallard?
Well she did because she stayed in the house like Mrs.Mallard.
